TERMS OF SERVICE

By submitting a commission order, you are agreeing to the following.

As the Artist:

  • I have full ownership over my work.

  • I may use the artwork as examples for my portfolio.

  • I may share the artwork on social media unless requested not to by the buyer.

  • I reserve the right to deny commission orders for any reason.

I Will Draw:

  • Humans/Humanoids

  • Furry/Anthro/(some) Feral

  • Monsters

  • Couples/Groups

  • NSFW (see 18+ Terms)

  • Unrealistic gore*

  • Fanart (ask)

  • Humanoid robots

  • Characters of any gender

*Gore with unnatural colors, parts. Includes candy gore, fruit gore, etc. No torture or visible realistic organs.

Additional Fees:

  • Complex designs / Detailed backgrounds

  • Complex scenarios (actions, props, etc.)

  • Additional characters

  • Major edits post-linework

  • NSFW orders (see 18+ Terms)

  • Time-sensitive orders

I WILL NOT Draw:

  • Pedophilia, incest, abuse, zoophilia

  • Lolicon/Shotacon

  • Guro*

  • Fetishes

  • Realistic gore

  • Mecha

  • Offensive work

  • NFT content

  • NSFW content of characters under the age of 18

*Gore and violence with erotic themes.
No exceptions will be made to these guidelines.

GENERAL

  • I work slowly; by buying you agree to a wait that can span between 1 week and 2 months, depending on queue length and personal time.

  • I will not start commissions or put them in the active queue until they are paid in full.

  • I'm happy to share progress upon request! I will get back to you as soon as I can.

  • You may request for me to keep your order private and/or anonymous.

  • Unless specified, commissions are NOT first-come-first-serve.

  • Commissions will come with plain white backgrounds by default if none is specified in the order form.

PAYMENT

  • I accept payment through the following, in order of preference: PayPal, Stripe, Cash App

  • I only accept payment in US$.

  • If your order is accepted, I will contact you and send an invoice.

  • If the invoice is not paid within 7 days of ordering, your order will be cancelled.

  • Partial refunds will be given proportionately to how much was already completed. No refunds will be given once the order is finished.

BUYER RIGHTS

  • You may share your commission on social media if you provide proper credit and link back to my site.

  • You may use it for personal purposes such as mobile/desktop wallpapers and profiles.

  • You may get yourself a print of your commission if you intend to use it personally only.

  • You may not edit, redistribute, sell, or claim the work as your own.

  • You may not add your own watermark OR crop/tamper with my own.

  • Lying about age to receive 18+ artwork will result in public blacklisting from future ordering.

  • Attempted chargeback after your commission is completed will result in public blacklisting from future ordering.

  • You may not trace or copy ANY of my commission art (yours or others').

  • My artwork is not permitted for any AI, NFT, or cryptocurrency use.
